Very nice location, a bit hidden but then you have your peace and quiet and are not on the presentation plate .. The freshly made food also justifies the prices in my opinion!

We love going there. Here is my summary: Great: + The service there is excellent and very warm! You always feel welcome there, like at home with friends. + The dishes are exceptionally well presented. The eye eats too! + The card is very small, which I personally find advantageous because you are not overwhelmed by the selection. The dishes on offer are also beautifully composed. + The wine is excellent. + The ambience is nice, especially on Wednesdays when live music is played. This offer is great! Not good: - We were there 3 times now. Each time the portions were far too small for us, so that afterwards we had to eat something at home, which I simply find extremely deficient for the price! No matter if salads, pasta dishes, surf'n'turf - the portions are too small and do not fill you up. The price is therefore not understandable based on the quantity. - The sanitary facilities do not match the "class" of the restaurant at all and you don't feel too comfortable in terms of hygiene. Conclusion: If you want to experience an extraordinarily beautiful and positively striking evening due to the ambience and service and want to try wine accompanied by a beautiful variety of dishes, this is the right place. However, should the person be hungry - and not just bring an appetite - they must prepare themselves to cook at home afterwards, then order food or just leave a lot of money in the factory :-)

Only bad. Long waiting times, steak was not seared as desired and the owner was very unfriendly. Much too overrated. The "sanitary facilities" probably say a lot about how the kitchen is used.

Were at the Fabrick before the corona pandemic. - The food arrived cold - meat was not through - Service was relatively "cold" to us

The atmosphere in the Fabrick is unbeatable. A great location, cool lighting and very pleasant acoustics complete the experience. The menu is very clear, but creative. Our ordered dishes were served extremely appealing and both were really delicious. The service was also very quick and very friendly. Kudos to the boss and the entire team, we'll be back. If you are looking for what you can only find on Pinterest or in stylish cookbooks and want to experience something different, this is the place for you.

The burger buffet is really good ?

We were in the FABRICK at a Christmas party with a group of about 15 people. Everything went great, the price-performance ratio was great and the service was very nice. Highly recommended??

Very good food and the boss is just super nice. His staff always friendly. Rarely seen such a nice ambience in Gt. It is also worthwhile to eat lunch there. Just put the lunch break there. I'm looking forward to the outside area.

Small but nice. The menu is filled with delicious dishes. We decided on the menu from the blackboard. Especially interesting was the wine accompaniment to each course. The service was excellent. Bravo!
